Synopsis:

In an effort to restore freedom to the galaxy, Jedi Knight Rey and her comrades Finn and Poe Dameron embark on their final journey to stop the returning Sith Order, and a new Empire being formed by Kylo Ren who is working with someone in the shadows….

Intentions:

Star Wars: Shadow Of The Sith is a fan-edit of Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker. The fan edit intends to fix as many plot holes as possible and keep things consistent with the rest of the saga while also wrapping everything together neatly.

Change List:

Warning: Change list is unfinished. This is what it is so far: Sequence 1: Mustafar: - New Opening Crawl with Prequels Theme - New Mustafar Opening with Rogue One Vader’s Castle Footage - New Opening Sequence with Kylo Ren Vs Darth Vader Footage to imply that Kylo has to face a vision of Vader to get the Wayfinder - Kylo Vs Vader Fan Film Footage Color Graded to match Mustafar - New HDR Style Color Grading for the entire film - Color Graded TROS Mustafar Footage to match Rogue One Mustafar Sequence 2: Exegol: - Removed Palpatine’s “I made Snoke” lines - Removed Palpatine’s “Everything” line - Removed Palpatine lifting the Star Destroyers and the Destroyers rise by themselves - Replaced “She is not who you think she is” line with an explanation of the Dyad from later in the movie to set up Palpatine’s plan of rejuvenating himself Sequence 3: Ice Colonies: - Added TROS Final Trailer TIE Fighter Shot to extend the shot by 0.3 seconds - Reused Shots of Finn taking out the TIE Fighter to extend the sequence by 10 seconds and to give Finn more action Sequence 4: First Order War Room: - Moved the First Order War Room scene to after the Ice Colonies scene - Removed Kylo fixing his mask because he already wore it in the Kylo vs Vader scene - Removed Stormtrooper’s comment on the Knights of Ren - Removed the Kylo’s appearance joke Sequence 5: Yavin IV: - Removed “I’m goona run the training course” line from Rey and Leia’s conversation - Removed Kylo from Rey’s vision so that they have the same vision at seperate times - Shortened Rey’s vision so that it doesn’t intertwine with Kylo’s vision - Removed Falcon returning scene to remove Rey and Poe’s argument and cut straight to Poe announcing Palpatine’s return - Removed “Secrets only the Sith knew.” From the Resistance officer’s “Dark Science. Cloning.” Explaination line - Removed the 16 hour time limit - Shortened Leia’s “Always, in the shadows, from the very beginning” line to “In the shadows, from the very beginning” - Removed Finn speaking to Rose during the Mission Preparation scene Sequence 6: Pasanna: - Moved Kylo’s vision to right before Pasanna to give time for the Falcon to arrive to Pasanna since the War Room scene was moved - Moved Kylo’s scene with the officers in the Hallway from Kijimi to Pasanna to set up the Knights of Ren finding Rey on Pasanna and to give a transition of Kylo exiting his chambers - Removed Crew looking at C-3PO joke in the Arrival at Pasanna scene - Removed Kylo and Rey’s force connection and replaced it with footage of Stormtroopers finding Rey and Finn in TFA to indicate that the Knights of Ren sent the Stormtroopers to find the crew - Removed Rey being rude to 3PO about Lando - Removed Finn questioning how Poe knows how to hotwire a speeder - Removed “They Fly Now” gag - Removed Rey’s “I’ve seen that ship before” line when she sees Ochi’s ship - Removed Finn’s “I never told you” line - Removed Snap and Leia’s scene and replaced it with Knights of Ren in the desert - Removed the conversation about what Finn was going to say - Removed Rey healing the snake, replaced it with a black screen with blaster sounds to indicate that Poe has shot and killed the snake - Removed the Desert Chase between Rey and Kylo - Cut from Chewie getting captured right to the Falcon being hauled into a Star Destroyer (I will save the rest of the changes for when you watch the edit to avoid spoilers)
