Synopsis:

When a beautiful human-alien hybrid (Henstridge) escapes from captivity, a special team tries to exterminate her before she is able to fulfill her purpose: to mate with a human male and produce offspring that could destroy mankind.

Intentions:

Species has the great premise of a human-alien hybrid on the sexual rampage in LA. Unfortunately, the movie falls apart quickly with endless cliche upon cliche. The ending is a real formulaic cop-out. The stunning Natasha Henstridge does make this movie very memorable. This FanEdit is an attempt to create an alternative version of Species. Mars is NOT the origin of the alien DNA but further away in unknown deep space. There are some newly created scenes and there is an entirely new ending. I will let you be the judge if this works or not.
