Faneditor: samspider3
Franchise: Star Wars

Fanedit Release Date: 1st March 2016
Fanedit Runtime: 179
Synopsis: Star Wars 'Attack of The Phantom Sith' is a fan edit which combines all the three prequels into a single less than three hours film. This Fan edit focuses more on Anakin Skywalker and his fall to The Dark side, reducing the politics, the cheesy scenes and lines, silly and childish moments and the romance to show a more believable Story of The character and it's universe and connect with The original Trilogy. Attack of The Phantom Sith does not only show the important things of The prequels, but, in my opinion, it's best moments and action sequences, with some modifications here and there.

Star Wars I-III: Reimagined
Original Title: Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999)Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002)Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005)
Faneditor: NewSpock
Franchise: Star Wars
Fanedit Type: FanFix
Fanedit Release Date: 1st February 2016
Fanedit Runtime: 195
Synopsis: I love the original Star Wars trilogy (minus the later "special-edition"-changes), but I never could get into the prequels. The story of how Anakin became Darth Vader and how the sith could turn the republic into an empire is of some interest and has its value, but how it was told left me disappointed. For one I felt that three movies was just too much, many scenes felt superflous to me, some characters were downright unbearable, too much pointless action that diminished the power of the important action scenes... But most importantly Hayden Christensen's Anakin was arrogant and unsympathetic from the get-go, which made me not care for his eventual downfall. With this edit, I attempt to salvage the interesting aspects of the prequels and to improve character motivations and development and to create a story arc that makes sense as a single movie.

Franchise: Star Wars
Fanedit Type: FanMix
Fanedit Release Date: 1st April 2015
Fanedit Runtime: 90
Synopsis: John Williams' Music is forever tied to the Star Wars movies, but I decided to use music from a completely different genre to not only tell the story, but to add a bit of humor and perhaps some subtle insight as to the motives of the Jedi Knights. I tried to make this movie a bit more mature, by removing the silly scenes between the driods, and removed some moments of doubt among the Jedi to make them more assertive and confident. I also added an unexpected subplot, and color corrected the movie, to be closer to the original with a bit more contrast.
