Synopsis: "The Other Guys," a buddy cop comedy set against the Ponzi schemes of the 2000's, starring Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell, directed by Adam McKay, could have been SUCH a great movie if it didn't end up so silly and underdeveloped. I have made our lead characters into good, intelligent cops we actually want to root for and chopped many of the extreme, ridiculous jokes. The movie is now tightly-paced and a much more enjoyable comedy with a real heart.
